Are you—or is someone you know—a New Exciting Thinker? We are looking for standout leaders under the age of 40 who are making waves through:

  • Industry Commitment: A dedicated career path in grocery or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
  • Driving Innovation: Bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions to their work.
  • Inspiring Leadership: A proven ability to lead, inspire, and continuously learn from others.
  • Community Impact: Active involvement in industry associations, charities, or local community initiatives.
